Full Service Package

This package is designed for those that are extremely busy, have no time for details, and need everything handled from start to finish for their special day.

• In person consultation to help you establish your vision, goals and priorities that are important for your event
• Unlimited consultation via email and phone throughout the entire period prior to your event
• Develop a detailed budget
• Assistance in determining the style and design of the event you desire and implementing the design to all aspects of the event
• Creation of the event design and decor
• Develop a timeline and checklist
• Create a contact sheet for all vendors
• Out of town guest accommodation coordination
• Venue scouting and referrals to suit your style and budget
• Vendor referrals including but not limited to: rentals & linens, caterer, photographer, videographer, florist, lighting, invitations, entertainment, etc.
• Planning, and accompaniment  to vendor meetings
• Accompaniment to tasting and menu selection
• Assistance with vendor selections and contract negotiations
• Development of facility diagrams and floor plan design
• Contact all vendors to confirm delivery dates, times, and locations one week prior to the event
• Assistants provided depending on the size, intensity and location of event
• Ceremony Planning

Partial Package

This package is designed for those who have an idea of what they are looking for but need assistance and advice along the way. You remain hands on, doing much for the research and decision making, but we will assist you and guide you as needed. 

• Two hour comprehensive detailed planning meeting. The first meeting will take place after the initial consultation
• Phone conferences with all vendors as needed
• Consultation via email and phone 8 weeks before the event date
• Develop a timeline and checklist
• Create a contact sheet for all vendors

Day of event package

This package is designed for the expert planner who knows exactly what they want, but want a professional on hand to tend to the last minute details the day of the event. 

• Early arrival to ensure setup is correct
• Receive deliveries and ensure vendors arrive on time
• Act as a liaison between you and your vendors
• Oversee setup
• Manage the timing of your events with your vendors accordingly to your timeline
• Supervise and communicate with catering staff
• Available and alert to take care of any unexpected occurrences
• Keep track of specialty items an packing everything up
• Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
• One assistant depending on the size and location of the event
